I had an emergency with my Yorkie on a weekend, called the emergency number and they called a vet for me. They also told me that if they needed to call a vet and theirs was not available they would contact other vets that would be available to get us taken care of. I had to wait a moment may be about 45 minutes but we got there and choo choo was taking care of they did X-rays and determined what some of the problems were gave us the medication for pain and everything right there they took care of us so well so kind smiles all the time reassurance that he was going to be all right it was amazing truly amazing if you need that kind of service and you're around Lufkin around 2205 North Timberland Street is where they are located. Feeling so helpless due to my severely injured small dog , the staff help and assured my dog would be ok . And sure enough she recovered great , still missing her left eye . Thanks .

This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful and patient and kind. If for any reason it’s your babies time to go. This is the place to do it. They will make sure you and your fur baby are comfortable they will help you through the whole process and make you feel as if you’re part of the family on your first visit I hope I never have to come here to do what I had to do that day, again but if for any reason any of my fur babies had to go to fur baby heaven again I will be back they made a bad situation bearable
